Ashlie Benson is the Director of Impact at Agricycle Global, where she is responsible for developing and executing the non-dilutive funding, global partnerships and impact model through collaboration with regional directors and external stakeholders. Ashlie has four years of fundraising and strategic development for nonprofit organizations. Prior to Agricycle, Ashlie was the Development Manager for City Year Milwaukee where she was responsible for $1.4M annual individual donations, relationship management and elected official relations. She served for two years as an AmeriCorps member in Milwaukee where she supported the development team in raising over $3M in corporate and foundation giving. She received her Master’s from Marquette University where she was a Trinity Fellow, focusing her studies on how multi-level stakeholders can engage with elected officials and promote equitable policy at local, state and national arenas. Ashlie graduated with her BA from Pepperdine University where she studied International Affairs with an emphasis on Sub-Saharan Africa economic development.
