About FACT

FACT (Food, Agrobiodiversity, Clarity, Transparency) is an activator produced by The Lexicon, with funding support provided by Food at Google. Their activators bring together food companies, NGOs, scientists, entrepreneurs, and food producers from across the globe to tackle some of the most complex challenges facing our food systems, from regenerative agriculture to food is medicine. About the Connected Market: Agrobiodiversity Supply Chain Self-Assessment Tool

This open source, free-to-use tool addresses challenges food companies face in sourcing crops and ingredients to enhance biodiversity. It facilitates dialogue between supply chain decision makers, supports the equitable treatment of farmers, identifies ways to diversify systems across the agrifood sector, and improves the sharing of benefits across the supply chain.

This tool was developed by FACT, a multi-stakeholder group of NGOs, agronomists, scientists, farmers, and food companies both large and small. It is released under a Creative Commons CCO License.
